Ce qui a changé, et quand — chaque mise à jour de Talentflow, de la plus récente à la plus ancienne.
v0.26.0
28 septembre 2026
Talentflow can now run on Microsoft Azure, with a Microsoft 365 mailbox as intake
- Documents can be stored in Microsoft Azure alongside every other option already supported
- Tender notification e-mails can be read from a shared Microsoft 365 mailbox, and outgoing mail can be sent from that same mailbox
- Sign-in with a Microsoft work account is prepared for a future release — not yet available to testers
v0.25.0
28 septembre 2026
The tender package reader moves to its own service, ready for larger request packages
- Attaching a request package no longer risks a size-related failure on a larger set of documents — the reader that turns the PDFs into structured data now runs as its own separate service, sized for a full package of any realistic weight
- Large documents already held in storage are handed to the reader directly, instead of travelling twice, so bigger packages come back faster
v0.24.1
28 septembre 2026
The minimum requirements show where each answer came from
- Editing a minimum requirement now shows the original sentence from the specifications underneath, whenever the written answer has moved away from it, with one click to bring the original sentence back — the same note appears on the read-only list once a request is confirmed
v0.24.0
28 septembre 2026
Packages are typed right, the requirements list never arrives blank, and the CV date reaches the sign-off
- A Summary whose text is readable was mistaken for the questionnaire and the package could not be read until someone corrected the type by hand; the Commission's file names now decide when they are unambiguous, and the Summary's own heading is checked first
- The framework contract carries default text per minimum-requirement category, editable on its page; when the specifications name a category without a sentence of their own, the list uses that text instead of arriving blank
- A request that has no package yet shows one line — "Minimum requirements appear once the package has been read" — instead of five empty rows
- The date the candidate confirmed their CV now reaches the offer and the sign-off page
v0.23.3
18 septembre 2026
Background work survives a demo reset
- After a workspace reset, the background worker that reads packages, sends notifications and pushes live updates could stop and not restart, leaving attached packages "being read" forever; it now restarts on its own and waits for the reset to finish before starting
v0.23.2
18 septembre 2026
Candidates are told when their signed documents are due; uploads show their progress
- When an offer reaches the point where the signed documents are needed, the candidate receives an e-mail and a portal notification saying which two documents and where to upload them — nothing about marks, ranks or the outcome
- The optional "Other document" slot on My applications can take a file again; it always showed as uploaded
- Every candidate upload — the CV on the application and the signed documents — shows a progress bar with the file name, like the package upload
- "Mark verified" shows its two preconditions on two lines, each with a green check when done or a red cross when still missing
v0.23.1
18 septembre 2026
The Agiloft attachment and the submission downloads read files from storage, not from the server disk
- After the first hosted submission, the background job that attaches the frozen package, the CV, the signed documents and the receipt to the Agiloft record failed: it read those files from the server's own disk instead of the storage every upload goes to. It, and the two downloads on the submission task, now read from storage; nothing else changed
v0.23.0
18 septembre 2026
The CV is prepared for the candidate, the rate stays editable until sign-off, and the minimum requirements arrive ready to confirm
- The CV in the client's format is prepared in the background the moment a candidate attaches their CV; the CV screen shows it ready, or being prepared, and no longer asks the candidate to start anything
- The daily rate can be entered as soon as a questionnaire is in review and corrected until sign-off freezes the package; every change keeps who set it, when, and the previous value, shown next to the rate and on the sign-off page
- Minimum requirements the specifications mark as not applicable start as non-blocking, so opening a request no longer waits on switching them off by hand
- The lot of a forwarded notification is recorded again — the hosted reader returned it in a form the intake did not read
- The character or word minimum of an answer is shown next to the live counter while typing, not discovered at submit; the demo grid's own invented 1500-character minimum is now the client's 1000
- The site footer names both makers: IVM Consulting SRL and Group Data Science SRL
- Server warnings can no longer leak into a response — the hosted image now runs PHP's production settings
v0.22.3
17 septembre 2026
The minimum requirements read from the package reach the list
- When the request page was opened before the package had been read, the minimum-requirements list was created empty and stayed empty after the reading finished; the list now takes the requirements the reading found, keeping any text already written by hand and never touching a confirmed list
- Marking a request verified now shows who confirmed the minimum requirements and who approved the questionnaire grid, and when — or what is still missing — instead of a "not confirmed yet" warning that appeared even on a confirmed list; the button next to the list reads "Confirm minimum requirements" and the form says what to write in it
- Sign-off and the DIGIT CV rendering wrote their files to the server's own disk, which the hosted environment does not allow; they now use the same storage as every other uploaded file — the first hosted sign-off failed on this
- The "Score this offer" e-mail to the reviewers failed to send from the queue after a candidate submitted a questionnaire; it now sends
- On a questionnaire grid, the tick-boxes copied from the client's form are now named as such — "Declarations the candidate ticks in the questionnaire" — so they are not mistaken for a second place to edit the request's minimum requirements
v0.22.2
17 septembre 2026
A forwarded notification always finds its framework contract
- A notification whose lot is not listed on the framework contract, or that carries no lot line, is still attached to the contract when there is exactly one — so the request gets its client and can be opened
- The DIGIT TM III framework contract now lists Lot 1 (far-site, all places of delivery) alongside lots 2 and 3
- The mailbox is no longer read while the demo data is being rebuilt, so a request cannot be recorded before the contract it belongs to exists
v0.22.1
17 septembre 2026
A request that arrives by e-mail can be opened, and an administrator can enter a rate
- A request created from a forwarded notification now carries the client its framework contract names, so it can be verified and opened like any other — until now it reached the last step and stopped there, because nothing ever gave it a client and no screen offered one
- Opening a request asks for the profile and the place of delivery when the documents did not state them, instead of refusing without a way forward
- An administrator can set the daily rate: the rule asked for the account-manager role specifically, so the one account that passes every other gate in the workspace was shut out of this one
- Hosts can start with an empty tenders workspace for a real walk-through from the first forwarded e-mail; the framework contract stays, because a request is matched against it
v0.22.0
14 septembre 2026
Everything a candidate is told is true, and the internal screens say what they know
- A candidate applying to a tender is no longer welcomed as a confirmed placement: the account e-mail says an account was created so they can finish and follow their application, and nothing more
- The confirmation screen, the public application-status page and the position page stop promising a reply "within two working days" and stop showing the ordinary hiring funnel to a tender candidate — they describe the review and the client's own deadline instead
- CV page references typed the way people type them ("p.2-3", "pages 2 and 3") now reach the checks instead of being discarded in silence; anything still unreadable says so next to the field
- When archiving the submitted package in Agiloft finally fails, the account manager is told and the request appears on their Today — until now the only trace was a line on that one request's page
- Claiming a request somebody else already claimed asks first, names the current owner and records the takeover; the mission created after a win and the client's portal are links instead of plain text
- Tenders Today shows how long each waiting row has been waiting, and a deadline in two days no longer looks like a deadline in three weeks
- The conformity checklist at sign-off says plainly which of its lines are informational and block nothing
v0.21.1
12 septembre 2026
The handovers hold: nothing reports success while doing nothing
- A candidate whose questionnaire was returned can get back into it again — "Revise and resubmit" works, and when something genuinely prevents reopening, the candidate is told instead of meeting a button that does nothing
- A request can no longer be opened while the client is missing: the screen says exactly what is needed first, and any request that is open without a published position says so plainly instead of leaving the job board quietly empty
- Closing a submission task now marks the submission milestone as achieved, so a request submitted on time looks submitted on time
- A questionnaire waiting on a candidate now appears on the reviewer's own Today — "Returned — waiting on <name>, <n> days" — instead of being owned by nobody
- Reviewers and contract managers land in the tenders workspace when they log in, instead of a page that refuses them
- Best fit shows the daily rate to whoever chooses the candidate, marked as commercial information — the recommendation already weighs the rate, so the person deciding can see it. Candidates never see a rate anywhere
- Demo data keeps one offer waiting on its candidate, so the return loop can be shown end to end
v0.21.0
12 septembre 2026
A room of their own for candidates, each role its own job, and one word per thing
- A person whose only role is candidate now lands straight on My applications and sees nothing else: no missions, no timesheets, no "apply internally", and the badge reads "Candidate". Internal consultants keep their full portal, with their tender applications listed first
- A candidate can withdraw an application at any point until it is signed off, not only while it is being written or reviewed
- Closed a hole in the process: when the selected candidate withdraws before sign-off — themselves, or automatically because they won another request — the request returns to "in progress", the other passed offers become eligible again, Best fit reopens with its recommendation recomputed, and the reviewing team is told. No request can sit on a withdrawn winner any more
- Contract managers and account managers no longer share one permission: the contract manager takes requests in (package inbox, attaching and re-reading packages, the Agiloft link), the account manager runs them (verify, open, daily rates, submission, outcome). Each sees only their own actions and queues, and the Roles & permissions matrix shows both
- One word per thing on every internal screen: "offer" for what used to be called proposal, application or questionnaire depending on where you looked; "minimum requirements" everywhere, without the "(KO)" suffix; "questionnaire grid" instead of "questionnaire model". Help guides and demo data follow; what candidates read is deliberately unchanged
- Under the hood the twelve offer states and thirteen request states now live in one place that knows each one's label, colour, whose turn it is and what comes next — so a queue, a chip and an e-mail can no longer disagree about the same offer
v0.20.1
11 septembre 2026
A request that arrives by e-mail shows up live and tells the intake team
- When a forwarded Funding & Tenders Portal notification becomes a request, contract managers, account managers and administrators get a notification in the Tenders workspace — "New request — number", with the title, the client deadline and who forwarded it, and an "Open request" button
- Tenders Today, the package inbox and the request list refresh on their own the moment a request arrives or changes (live through the workspace connection, with a two-minute fallback when it is unavailable); the notification bell checks every 15 seconds
- A follow-up e-mail on an existing request refreshes the screens the same way; duplicates and unmatched e-mails stay quiet, as before
- Candidates are not affected: none of this reaches the portal
v0.20.0
11 septembre 2026
Simpler to work with: a shorter candidate path, true screens for the reviewer, one queue per person
- The candidate path is 7 steps instead of 11: the CV and the consent to process it sit on one screen, the terms of participation and the availability questions on the next, and the exits ("not continuing", the final confirmation) are no longer counted as steps; a point the package does not state is not asked
- Every candidate screen speaks tender, not recruiting: "how it works" lists the five acts, the request carries a readable title with the procedure number underneath, and the confirmation says when the review team will write — no more "your recruiter", no promised reply "within two working days"
- A candidate who stops before the questionnaire can come back: My applications shows the application from its first step with a Continue that lands exactly where they left off, never the internal recruiting tracker; applying twice to the same request resumes the first application
- The reviewer now sees what the candidate actually declared on each minimum requirement, with the candidate's own note of where the evidence sits in the CV; the same appears at sign-off
- Selecting the recommended candidate asks for a confirmation that names the candidate and says what happens to the others; a scored questionnaire becomes read-only once passed, returned or rejected; the outcome buttons appear only once the offer has been submitted
- Signed documents are requested from a candidate only once their offer is selected, and the "other document" slot is optional — it no longer blocks a sign-off or shows as missing
- Tenders Today: contract managers see their intake queues only; each request or offer appears once, under its most urgent action, and every row starts with the verb ("Enter daily rate", "Sign off", "Close submission task"); the "recent withdrawals" list moved to Reports
- Opening a request claims it for the person opening it when nobody had, so a published position always has an owner; internal placeholders ("once intake is live", "pre-filled from the technical annex") are gone from the request page
- Demo data reads like a real operation: a DIGIT TM III grid with descriptors and limits, consultant-written answers citing CV pages, declarations on file, requests that have been in their state for days rather than minutes; tender candidates no longer appear in the ordinary recruiting queues
- Demo accounts: the hosted demo now carries individual passwords per account, kept across data resets (the two owner accounts unchanged)
v0.19.1
10 septembre 2026
Review fixes: the return loop works, rates are entered on the page, every mark is visible
- A questionnaire returned by the reviewer can now actually be revised and resubmitted — the candidate sees "Revise and resubmit" on My applications, changed answers keep their history, and the reviewer gets the resubmission with the previous marks pre-filled and the differences shown
- Account managers enter the daily rate directly on the request page, on each passed proposal; a new "Awaiting rate" queue on Tenders Today shows what is waiting for them, and the request states plainly whether it waits for a rate, for the PMO or for sign-off
- The scoring screen shows an editable mark for every item that counts towards the total, including grids without a fixed scale; criteria scored from the CV say so
- The daily rate is visible only to account managers with commercial rights — sign-off and the submission task no longer show it to the PMO; the Sign off button waits for the confirmation
- My applications tells the candidate where each application stands in plain words (under review, returned, submitted to the client, retained, not retained), and the Review step recaps the tender steps before submitting
- Contract managers: questionnaire models show which requests use them; the Integrations page leads with what each connection does for you, technical detail folded away; "minimum requirements (KO)" is spelled out everywhere and explained in the help
- Demo: a tender position is published on the job board so the candidate journey can be walked live, Best fit has two rated candidates to compare, and every request shows a real document name
- Under the hood: the request page loads its proposals with a bounded number of queries; the CV rendering job survives a network failure and tells the account manager; every external call has an explicit timeout; .env.example lists every Tenders setting
v0.19.0
10 septembre 2026
Sign-off, guided submission and outcome recording close the DIGIT TM III loop
- Signing off a proposal freezes the offer and builds its submission package automatically: the technical questionnaire filled onto the client's own form with the PMO's verified minimum-requirement ticks, the DIGIT CV under its conforming file name, the signed administrative documents, and a content fingerprint over all of it — any later change to any of them would be detected
- A new guided submission screen tracks every step of actually depositing the offer through to the mandatory receipt, and archives the frozen package in Agiloft automatically once the task closes
- Candidates can now upload their own signed administrative documents straight from My applications, with a plain "uploaded" mark once each one is on file
- Tenders Today gains four more queues: sign-offs pending for the PMO (split ready vs still awaiting a document), and awaiting administrative documents, open submission tasks, and won-elsewhere for the account manager
- Administrative document types are now configurable per framework contract, defaulting to the three DIGIT TM III ones
- A request can no longer be opened while a blocking minimum requirement has no text a candidate can actually read
- Still behind the Tenders feature flag while the workspace is finished
v0.18.0
10 septembre 2026
Candidates can now apply end to end — plus scoring, Best fit, reports and integrations
- A candidate can now apply to a DIGIT TM III request from start to finish: accept the terms, confirm availability, an up-to-date CV kept current through SprintCV, the minimum requirements, then the technical questionnaire itself — one question at a time, with a live counter against its own limit and mechanical signals (a missing reference, an answer that just points back at another question) as they type, plus their own past answers offered back as a starting point
- My applications now shows a second list, "Tender applications", with exactly where each one stands (in progress, submitted and awaiting review, or withdrawn) — Continue to pick a draft back up, or Withdraw at any point before sign-off
- The reviewing team marks each submitted questionnaire on the client's own descriptors, one question at a time, with the answer, the DIGIT CV pages it cites and the mechanical signals side by side — pass, return with comments, or reject on a minimum requirement, with totals and the pass/below-threshold verdict computed automatically from the marks entered
- Once every passed proposal on a request has a daily rate, Best fit recommends the highest-scoring one (a tie going to an internal candidate, then the lower rate); selecting anyone else asks for one of four reasons, logged for the record
- A questionnaire model's own blank client form can now be downloaded straight from its library page as a ready-to-fill PDF
- A new Reports page: requests by state, lot, requesting entity and month, time spent in each state, deadline pressure and missed internal milestones, package-reading health, and a library summary — every figure a plain count, median or average, never a score
- A new Integrations page for Cronos's own IT team: what each of Tenders' external services needs from them and how to check it is working, with a live "set"/"not set" status for every one — never a secret or a credential itself
- Fixed: "Requests to decide" on Tenders Today was gated on a capability that did not exist, so it never showed for anyone — PMO now sees it exactly when a request is actually ready for a decision
- After submission to the client: an interview can be scheduled from the proposal (it lands in the existing interview calendar and the candidate is told, without any mark or verdict), the client's outcome is recorded next to the internal marks for calibration, a win creates the mission directly and withdraws that candidate from their other live proposals, and a loss keeps the ground for rejection on file
- Still behind the Tenders feature flag while the workspace is finished; sign-off and the guided submission task are not part of this release
Packages are read as soon as they are attached
- No more "Done" click: the moment an attached package has its summary document, Tenders reads it automatically — the request page shows "Reading documents" while it works
- A minimum-requirements (KO) list and a matching questionnaire model are proposed the moment the package is read, not only when someone happens to open the request
- The proposed questionnaire model now shows right on the request, and reaches the PMO queue immediately — no page visit required to surface it
- If a package cannot be read, the request shows a clear "try again" message instead of a technical error — "Re-read package" replaces the old "Done" button and works from any state, including after a first attempt failed
Platform switches: Tenders included, no self-lock-out
- The Tenders workspace can now be switched off too, alongside Ops and the Portal, the same way and from the same settings page
- The panel you're working in can no longer be switched off from inside it, and at least one workspace always stays reachable — the settings page won't let a super administrator lock everyone out by accident
Tenders: the questionnaire library starts full, and panels can be switched off
- The questionnaire model library now opens with the seven known DIGIT TM III grids already approved, so a new request whose grid is known is matched without any review
- Platform settings: the Ops and Portal panels can be switched off and on in real time by a super administrator — useful when only the Tenders workspace should be visible
A new Tenders workspace for DIGIT TM III
- A dedicated Tenders workspace for the DIGIT TM III framework contract: requests are created straight from the Commission's own notification e-mail — number, title, deadline and lot filled in automatically, nothing retyped by hand
- Once a contract manager attaches the request's package, it is read automatically: the system proposes the request's metadata, its minimum requirements and a matching questionnaire model, ready for an account manager to confirm
- Questionnaire models are now a real library: the same technical-questionnaire grid a client reuses across requests is recognised automatically, with new or changed ones going to a reviewer for approval before use
- A minimum-requirements list per request, each item markable as blocking or informational, plus an internal milestone timeline showing what's planned against what has actually happened
- A direct, read-only link to the matching Agiloft Contract Request, kept in sync in the background — never blocking, always retried
- Available today behind a feature flag while the workspace is finished — not yet visible to every account
Performance at a glance, and a real Skills matrix
- A consultant's own People profile now shows their performance at a glance: their latest review, a client score weighted by how many months of feedback each mission carries, and a trend arrow — next to a full reviews timeline and client feedback broken down by mission
- Dev talks join the profile too: how many sessions someone has given and attended, with the five most recent, right where the rest of their story already lives
- The Skills matrix is no longer a preview — it is a real people-by-skills grid with filters and sticky headers, plus a Coverage view that flags any skill fewer than two people currently on view can cover
- A curated skills taxonomy (Talent → Skills) backs it: hr-admin and manager maintain the list, everyone else reads it
- A person's own skills can now be set directly from their profile, or suggested from their CV and confirmed one by one — the CV suggestions come from a demo extractor today, clearly labelled as illustrative, with a real one planned to follow
People, training, reviews and Dev talks are live
- Talent → People: an HR profile for everyone at the company — current mission, mission history, linked candidate record and training, all in one place — sitting alongside Access → Users (account administration) without duplicating it
- Training requests, start to finish: a worker requests training from their own portal, HR or a manager approves or rejects with a reason, and the worker marks it completed with an optional certificate — the whole history lands on the person's own profile
- Performance reviews: a reviewer drafts and shares a review — overall rating plus four dimensions, strengths, improvements and goals — and the person acknowledges it in their own portal, with an optional comment of their own
- Dev talks: a shared log of internal knowledge-sharing sessions — speaker, date, abstract, recording link and attendees — visible to every internal role
- Client feedback can now be recorded directly on a mission — a monthly score and the client's own words, kept by the account manager or HR
- Honest about what is still ahead: the Skills matrix stays a preview for now — the plan is documented, nothing is built yet
Technical documentation, for the person deciding
- A technical documentation page now sits next to the API documentation (Access → Technical documentation, super admins): architecture, technology stack, quality engineering, infrastructure, security posture, integration architecture and a data model tour — written for an IT lead evaluating the product, not for the developer integrating with it
- It is deliberately honest: it names what is demonstrator-grade today (wildcard API token, optional MFA, scoped GDPR tooling) and what the production-hardening gate adds — so an evaluation starts from facts, not from marketing
- Onboarding page tidied after a sharp screenshot report: the subheading no longer repeats what the identity card below already says, and the extra help links left the header — the ? button owns that job
The product handbook
- A complete business handbook now lives inside the workspace (your account menu → Product handbook): every flow from client request to paid invoice, step by step — who does what, on which screen, and which steps happen outside the app entirely
- Twenty-one annotated screenshots and one continuous example: Emma's journey from application to billed invoice runs through every chapter
- The handbook and contextual help now split the job cleanly: read the handbook to understand the product, press ? to get unstuck on a screen
Fixes from the field — and an app that fits in one hand
- The worker absence form submits again (thank you for the sharp report) — and the whole request → approve → cancel loop is back under test, twice over
- The Today funnel now respects the period filter on candidate metrics too, matching the positions side
- Phones, taken seriously where it matters: every button and input on the job board, application flow and worker portal now meets the 44-pixel touch rule, the timesheet keeps Save and Submit within thumb reach, and tables hint when there is more to scroll
- Help finished becoming one book: every guide has a "Who does what" section, cross-references are real links, the table of contents behaves on small screens — and searching "reset password" finds what you meant
- The last "Deals" wording on Roles & permissions now reads Placements, everywhere
Documentation anyone can implement — and roles that read like a product
- The API documentation was rewritten for a reader with zero context: a five-step quickstart with copy-paste commands and real responses, a glossary, one request and one response per endpoint, working signature-check code in two languages, and a final "you are integrated when…" checklist
- Roles & permissions got a new look: click a role card, flip capability toggles grouped by module — same rules, same safeguards, friendlier hands
- The Talent preview group (Performance, Training, Skills matrix) is now truly on board
- The last few screens still saying "Deal" now say Placement, as promised
Real invoices, an open door for every system — and help that always lands
- Talentflow now issues real invoices: legal numbering per issuing company, VAT resolved from each client's fiscal profile (EU-institution exemptions included), due dates from payment terms, and an immutable PDF — drafts stay editable, numbers are only ever consumed at issue
- Every client now carries a billing profile (VAT number, payment terms, VAT regime) and the group's issuing companies live under Access → Legal entities, each with its own configurable invoice numbering
- A new Integrations area: define an external application, hand its developer a token and the built-in API documentation — and any system (accounting, banking, HR, BI) can read everything: clients, placements, timesheets, invoices with their PDFs
- The connection works both ways: Talentflow notifies external systems the moment anything changes (signed, cryptographically verifiable), and a payment system can tell Talentflow an invoice was paid — the invoice flips to Paid on screen, live
- Every delivery in and out is journaled in the panel, with one-click replay for anything that failed
- Help now always lands on the right section: the ? on any page opens its own part of the guide, and an automated check guarantees no page ships without help
- Live updates now cover the whole workspace — every list, board and detail page refreshes the moment something changes anywhere
- A new Talent group previews what's coming: Performance, Training and the Skills matrix
- Emma's story got its ending fixed: her next contract now starts after her current mission ends
Forgot password, a sharper eye — and help that reads as one book
- Forgot your password? Every sign-in door now has the link — both workspaces and the public sign-in page — with a clean, branded reset email in your language
- Demo accounts now live on the real domain: sign in as am@, recruiter@, finance@… @talentflow.team (password unchanged)
- A full visual polish pass, portal and workspace alike: timesheet grid uses the whole page and approved leave days now show as properly locked, absence requests moved into a proper form with EU dates, contract pages lead with the position title, cards line up to the pixel
- Today reads at a glance: compact summary chips (zero-count noise dropped), your "Needs you" queue open by default, and tracker language everyone understands — "for 4 days", not "4 days in state"
- Tables lost their stacked toolbars — search, filters and actions sit together now; rarely-used columns stepped back
- The job board separates roles from locations in the filters, and signed-in visitors get a "Go to workspace" shortcut instead of "Sign in"
- The interview calendar breathes: clearer cards, quieter weekends, and the demo day always has interviews on it
- Help was rewritten as one book: same structure and vocabulary in every guide, a glossary, and every in-app help link verified to land on the right section
Live updates, Placements — and a home on new foundations
- The app now updates itself in real time: a signature landing, a deal moving, a queue changing — your screen reflects it the moment it happens, no refresh needed
- The occasional "first click does nothing" hiccup is gone — pages no longer redraw themselves under your cursor
- "Deals" are now called "Placements" everywhere you look — the same records, the name the business actually uses (references like DEA-0001 stay)
- Today got smarter: your queues are personal by default with a one-click Team view, stage counts always add up, and executives see the money at a glance — unbilled total, average margin, active missions
- Marking a timesheet as billed can now carry the invoice reference (e.g. INV-2026-001) — and every timesheet shows when, by whom and under which invoice it was billed
- Opening a position now asks for confirmation — and warns you if it is about to go on the public board without a job description
- Workers can cancel a pending absence request again, and the portal speaks plainer language throughout
- Applying from the public job board is now correctly recorded as the candidate's own action
- Meet Emma: the demo now tells one coherent story end to end — from her application through interviews, a signed contract, an active mission, to a billed month
- Under the hood, the app moved to new hosting built for real-time work — same address, faster plumbing
Absences, margins, billing — and a Today that knows who you are
- Workers request leave from their portal (vacation, sick, unpaid) — approvers see requests on Today, decide with a reason, and approved days lock themselves in the timesheet
- Deals now carry the client rate and show the margin — visible only to the roles that should see money
- A new "Ready to bill" queue for finance: approved timesheets with computed amounts, mark-as-billed, and a CSV handoff for accounting
- Role permissions are now editable: super-admins tick capabilities per role in Access, and every screen obeys — the roles page reads from the live matrix
- Today is now yours: each role opens to its own queues — recruiters get a new-applications triage line, finance sees billing work, managers land on their approvals
- The funnel answers for a period: this month, this quarter, or all time
- A "Send reminder" button on waiting signatures and stalled onboarding — the nudge that used to be a phone call
- Signed contracts now come home: the sealed, signed PDFs and the audit trail land in the app after every real signature
- Every application shows its reference, contact details and CV at a glance; interviews are "scheduled" (with duration and place), not "created"
- Demo data rebuilt end to end: real job descriptions, coherent timelines, busy weekday interview calendars
Instant signatures, two-factor security — and email, unlocked
- Application emails are live: candidates get their confirmation and status link, new hires get their welcome email, signing invitations arrive in your inbox — for real now
- A signed contract now updates the deal the moment it happens: the signing provider calls us back instantly (with a security token), and the minute-by-minute check stays on as a safety net
- Two-factor authentication, opt-in: protect your account with an authenticator app (with recovery codes) or a code sent by email — set it up from your profile, on either workspace
- Timesheets can now be approved by the account manager, the line manager or HR — whoever gets there first
- On phones, every list now keeps what matters in sight: reference and status stay visible, decorative columns step aside
- After a failed signature, re-sending now emails the freelancer their new invitation too
Timesheets arrive — and the whole app gets sharper
- A new Time module: workers fill a monthly timesheet (TSH-....) in their portal — hours per day, notes, save-as-you-go — and submit it when done
- Account managers and HR approve or reject timesheets (with a reason) from the workspace, and "Timesheets awaiting approval" joins the Today queues
- A new Process map screen: pick a position and see its whole journey — every stage, how long it sat there, who moved it, and where things are stuck right now
- Spontaneous applications now appear in the Applications list too — no more hunting for them under Candidates; attaching a position later completes the same record
- Search inside Help: one box finds the right section across every guide and jumps you straight to it
- Export to CSV on Deals, Missions and Candidates — for the spreadsheet lives of finance
- Signing, deals and Today now refresh themselves while you watch — a signature completing shows up on screen without touching reload
- Every demo candidate now has a CV on file, applications show the CV right on the application, and the French, German and Dutch screens got a full visual pass
- The compact/comfortable switch is retired — one tuned layout for everyone
The architect pass
- A full independent architecture review of everything built so far — and every issue it found, fixed the same evening
- Electronic signatures now complete reliably end to end: the application checks with the signing provider every minute, so a signed contract activates the deal, the mission and the onboarding within a minute of signing
- After a declined or expired signature, the account manager can now re-send for signature — a fresh ceremony, with the failed attempt kept in the history
- The signing invitation arrives in the language the candidate applied in
- Cancelling a sent deal now also cancels the signing ceremony at the provider — no more signable contracts on dead deals
- Confidential internal applications stay confidential on every screen, including the pipeline boards
- "Mark hired" asks for confirmation before creating the commercial deal record
- New-hire password links now valid for 7 days, application confirmations in your language, tidier dates everywhere
Everything the first real test run found, fixed
- Contract documents download properly again — and they are real PDFs now, on a new, more dependable generation engine
- The "Continue signing" button in the worker portal actually takes you to the signing page
- Electronic signing on the live application now runs through the real Namirial service — you will be asked for your phone number and a one-time SMS code to sign
- HR sees onboarding again: checklists in progress stay on Today even after a mission goes active, and both the deal and the mission pages now link straight to the checklist
- The mission timeline no longer credits the new hire for planning their own mission — system actions are labeled honestly
- Signing out of one workspace and into the other no longer dead-ends — you are taken where you belong
- Help, rebuilt the way help should be: short numbered steps per screen, and the panel opens at exactly the section for where you are — with hints next to the actions that need them
- Fresh demo data, with contract packs regenerated as PDFs
Missions, onboarding, and a home of its own
- The moment a contract is signed, a mission is born (MIS-....) — planned, then active on its start date automatically, or earlier when the account manager says so
- New hires get their account the day they sign: a welcome email, choose your password, and the portal is theirs before day one
- Onboarding, structured: a standard checklist (documents, IT, welcome) the new colleague works through in their portal — uploads included — while HR tracks, completes or waives items with a reason
- HR opens Today to an "Onboarding in progress" queue; account managers see their missions come alive
- Workers see their mission on the portal home and a "My mission" page — dates, client, position, honest status
- Electronic signing is now verified against the real Namirial environment end to end
- The application moved to its own home: https://talentflow.team, with email from hello@talentflow.team
Signing, from the freelancer side
- The signing link now opens a proper page: your terms, your documents to download, a tracker of where the signature stands — and the signature itself, right there
- Employees see "My contracts" in their portal: every deal that reached them, its terms, documents and live status, with a Continue-signing shortcut
- Marking a contract signed by hand is now honest: only possible after an electronic ceremony has failed — never while one is still running
- Account managers see deals in their Today summary line, next to everything else that needs them
- Row actions on every list now stay reachable on smaller screens — no more horizontal hunting
Deals, real signatures, and every open question answered
- The deal is born: when a candidate is hired — or by hand for placements that skipped the funnel — a commercial record (DEA-....) tracks rate, start date and duration through its own honest lifecycle
- Contract packs generated from the deal itself: framework agreement + mission annex as PDFs, with the real terms filled in
- Send for signature: the freelancer signs electronically (Namirial), the company seal is applied automatically — with a full ceremony tracker on the deal
- Notify-me grew up: confirmation email before you are subscribed (double opt-in), messages in your language, and honest data retention driven by one configurable promise
- Recruiters see the full history on every application — who moved it, when, and why
- Quick-add now recognises returning candidates, and any candidate can be attached to a position — spontaneous applicants are finally actionable
- Finance and managers can open the lists behind their numbers — and the numbers only count what each viewer may see
- The language you pick on the job board is remembered on your next visit
- A tidier pipeline board (closed items capped with a view-all), a calendar that always shows its week, and a full fix pack from the first test report — thank you, Catalin
Internal mobility, the interview calendar, and answers
- Employees can now apply to open roles straight from their portal — one click, and it stays confidential unless you decide your manager may see it
- "My applications" in the portal: every application you made, with its live status — the same honest tracker candidates get
- A real interview calendar in the workspace: your week at a glance, everyone's week for those who need it
- Interview invitations now carry a calendar file — one tap adds it to Outlook or Google Calendar, for interviewers and candidates alike
- A morning email digest: today's interviews, at 08:00, in your language
- Executives and HR open Today to the numbers first — funnels up top, queues folded underneath
- Both funnels now answer the harder question too: the top reasons we lose positions and candidates
- Language switcher is now a tidy dropdown everywhere — ready for more languages
- A cleaner header on phones, and emails that never make you wait: sending happens in the background with automatic retries
Candidates: apply online, track everything
- Candidates can now apply online — a guided journey: your details, CV upload, an honest consent step, and a final review before submitting
- No fitting role? Spontaneous applications are welcome too — recruiters pick them up from the same place
- Every applicant gets a confirmation email with a personal status link — no account needed, and an expired link can be re-sent
- Recruiters work applications on a pipeline board — applied, contacted, interviewing, offer — with the same one-click stage moves everywhere
- Interviews are logged with outcomes, and "Your interviews today" appears on the Today dashboard
- The Today dashboard now answers the big question: candidate funnel numbers, time-to-hire and hire rate at a glance
- Sign in from the job board — everyone lands in the right place for their role
- Administrators and executives get an audit trail: who changed what, and who signed in
- The demo comes pre-filled with realistic candidates at every stage, so there is always something to explore
