Senior Security Architect — Zero Trust Roadmap

This senior Security Engineer role sits inside an ongoing engagement for a private-sector client, with Remote (EU) working. The mandate is protecting systems handling sensitive institutional and citizen data against an evolving threat landscape.

What you'll be doing

• Monitor and respond to security events across the estate
• Run vulnerability management and coordinate remediation with delivery teams
• Maintain controls aligned to ISO 27001 and sector-specific requirements
• Support incident response and post-incident reviews

Tech environment SIEM tooling, vulnerability management, ISO 27001-aligned controls, incident response.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Hands-on security-operations or engineering experience
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or an equivalent control framework
• Comfortable working under a freelance contract
