About the role

This mid UX Designer role sits inside an ongoing engagement for an EU institution client, on-site in Brussels. The brief is improving how internal staff, and on some services EU citizens, interact with the institution's digital tools.

What you'll be doing

Run user research and translate findings into concrete design decisions
Design and maintain flows, wireframes and prototypes in Figma
Apply and champion accessibility (WCAG) standards across the product
Work with developers through implementation to protect design intent

What we're looking for

3-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role
A portfolio showing research-led design work
Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Comfortable working under fixed-term employment
