PMO Officer — Interoperability Programme

This mid Project Manager role sits inside an ongoing engagement for an EU institution client, with Hybrid — Brussels working. The programme coordinates delivery across several supplier teams and the client's own IT department.

What you'll be doing

• Own the delivery plan across multiple supplier and client teams
• Run governance: steering committees, risk logs, status reporting
• Manage scope, budget and timeline trade-offs as the programme evolves
• Escalate and resolve cross-team blockers before they hit the critical path

Tech environment MS Project/Jira, PRINCE2- or PMI-aligned governance, steering-committee reporting.

What we're looking for

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Track record delivering multi-supplier IT programmes
• Confident reporting to steering committees and senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working under either a freelance contract or fixed-term employment, whichever suits the successful candidate
