Java Integration Developer — Parliamentary Amendments

This mid Java Developer role sits inside an ongoing engagement for an EU institution client, on-site in Luxembourg. The team maintains and extends a Java-based case- and data-processing platform that other EU services depend on daily.

What you'll be doing

• Design and build backend services and REST APIs in Java/Spring Boot
• Review code and pair with teammates on secure, maintainable design
• Diagnose and fix production issues together with the operations team
• Contribute to technical decisions as the platform evolves

Tech environment Java 17, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL/Oracle, REST APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines.

What we're looking for

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong Java and Spring ecosystem experience
• Comfortable with relational databases and SQL
• Comfortable working under fixed-term employment
