Data Engineer — Multilingual Corpus Pipeline

This mid Data Engineer role sits inside an ongoing engagement for an EU institution client, with Remote (EU) working. The focus is building and operating the data pipelines that feed reporting and analytics for the institution.

What you'll be doing

• Build and operate ETL/ELT pipelines feeding reporting and analytics
• Model data for downstream BI and statistical use
• Monitor pipeline health and fix data-quality issues at the source
• Work with analysts to expose clean, documented datasets

Tech environment Python/SQL, Airflow or an equivalent orchestrator, a cloud data warehouse (Azure/AWS), CI/CD.

What we're looking for

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong SQL and at least one scripting language (Python preferred)
• Experience with pipeline orchestration and cloud data platforms
• Comfortable working under either a freelance contract or fixed-term employment, whichever suits the successful candidate
