Data Analyst — Legislative Traffic Statistics

This junior Data Engineer role sits inside an ongoing engagement for an EU institution client, on-site in Luxembourg. The focus is building and operating the data pipelines that feed reporting and analytics for the institution.

What you'll be doing

• Build and operate ETL/ELT pipelines feeding reporting and analytics
• Model data for downstream BI and statistical use
• Monitor pipeline health and fix data-quality issues at the source
• Work with analysts to expose clean, documented datasets

Tech environment Python/SQL, Airflow or an equivalent orchestrator, a cloud data warehouse (Azure/AWS), CI/CD.

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong SQL and at least one scripting language (Python preferred)
• Experience with pipeline orchestration and cloud data platforms
• Comfortable working under fixed-term employment
