Business Analyst — Plenary Workflow Digitisation

This mid Business Analyst role sits inside an ongoing engagement for an EU institution client, on-site in Strasbourg. The work translates business and regulatory requirements from institutional stakeholders into specifications delivery teams can build from.

What you'll be doing

• Run requirements workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Document processes and functional specifications the delivery team builds from
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and sign-off
• Bridge regulatory/business intent and what actually gets built

Tech environment Requirements workshops, BPMN process modelling, UAT coordination, Confluence/Jira.

What we're looking for

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong requirements-gathering and stakeholder-facilitation skills
• Comfortable working directly with public-sector business owners
• Comfortable working under either a freelance contract or fixed-term employment, whichever suits the successful candidate
